Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP), also known as polymorphic eruption of pregnancy, is a benign inflammatory dermatosis that typically presents in primigravid women during the third trimester of pregnancy. Postpartum onset is rare and often underrecognized. We report a case of a 29-year-old primigravida with a BMI of 38 kg/mwho delivered a healthy 4 kg male infant via emergency cesarean section for fetal distress.

Lichen simplex chronicus is a chronic pruritic skin condition that significantly impacts quality of life. This retrospective study analysed 125 patients with clinically confirmed lichen simplex chronicus seen at a tertiary academic centre to characterize itch severity, anatomical distribution, and associated comorbidities. Itch intensity was assessed using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), and clinical data were stratified by demographics and disease extent.

Acquired reactive perforating collagenosis (ARPC) is a rare dermatosis associated with diabetes mellitus, characterized by transepidermal elimination of collagen and intense pruritus. We report the case of a 77-year-old Japanese woman with poorly controlled diabetes who developed multiple pruritic, keratotic nodules on her chest, back, and limbs. Histopathological examination revealed full-thickness epidermal defects with prominent transepidermal elimination of thickened collagen fibers, along with dense lymphocytic and neutrophilic infiltrates in the dermis, findings consistent with ARPC.

A 28-year-old Indian male with no previous medical or dermatological history presented with mildly pruritic linear skin lesions over the right anterior chest and arm. The lesions had been gradually progressing over the course of six years. Examination revealed multiple confluent, reddish-brown papules following Blaschko's lines, along with punctate hyperkeratotic papules over the right hand, with sparing of the mucosa, scalp, and nails.

This report describes the case of a 46-year-old woman with breast cancer and a history of multiple drug hypersensitivity reactions, who developed atypical allergic-like symptoms with three different adjuvant endocrine therapy regimens. As the use of an aromatase inhibitor was considered essential for her treatment, a three-day desensitization protocol to letrozole was implemented. During the protocol, she developed pruritic erythema following placebo administration.
