Background: Local control strategies in pediatric oncology are guided by disease-specific considerations. Effective communication of the goals of surgical procedure and associated intraoperative events plays a crucial role in shaping subsequent treatment decisions. However, accurately and comprehensively documenting these findings remains challenging, with considerable variability across different tumor types.

Ongoing pregnancy rate is associated with trigger-day progesterone level in letrozole/clomiphene intrauterine insemination cycles.

Morsani College of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of South Florida, 2 Tampa General Circle, STC 6th Floor, Tampa, FL, 33606, USA.

Purpose: Prior studies in fresh embryo transfer IVF cycles have associated elevated serum progesterone level on day of ovulatory trigger, particularly if ≥ 1.5 ng/ml, with decreased pregnancy rates. A similar association has been found in intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles using gonadotropins for ovulation induction.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the performance of ChatGPT (GPT-4o) in interpreting free-text breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) reports by assigning BI-RADS categories and recommending appropriate clinical management steps in the absence of explicitly stated BI-RADS classifications.

Methods: In this retrospective, single-center study, a total of 352 documented full-text breast MRI reports of at least one identifiable breast lesion with descriptive imaging findings between January 2024 and June 2025 were included in the study. Incomplete reports due to technical limitations, reports describing only normal findings, and MRI examinations performed at external institutions were excluded from the study.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate whether low-dose CT imaging using an Sn filter can provide image quality sufficient for the differential diagnosis of cranial deformities in infants while maintaining an effective dose comparable to that of conventional radiography.

Methods: We calculated the effective dose for both head X-ray imaging and low-dose CT with an Sn filter. Phantom images acquired using a CT scanner equipped with an Sn filter were evaluated for bone suture visibility at various conditions (from 10 mAs to 50 mAs, every 10 mAs) using a 4-point visual grading scale.
