Background: Obstetric complications linked to assisted reproductive technology could be confounded by underlying parental factors and were often derived from databases not designed to study these complications. With evolving assisted reproductive technology practices, it is unclear to what extent contemporary assisted reproductive technology independently contributes to obstetric risks.
Objective: We aimed to prospectively evaluate obstetric risks associated with contemporary fertility practices, adjusting for parental and assisted reproductive technology parameters.

Hypophosphatasia (HPP) is a rare, inherited metabolic disorder due to a deficiency of tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatase, characterized by defective bone and teeth mineralization with consequent problems, including respiratory failure in severe types of HPP. Severe patients exhibit other disease-related manifestations, including neurological manifestations, which make HPP complex and difficult to manage. Enzyme replacement therapy with asfotase alfa is a disease-specific treatment for skeletal manifestations in pediatric patients.

Introduction: Controlling a powered lower-limb exoskeleton may increase the demand for cognitive resources due to mechanical constraints and assisting torques that disrupt natural movement.
Method: This study employed a dual-task paradigm to investigate cognitive-motor interferences and short-term familiarization effects in an outdoor walking experiment with twenty healthy adults using a powered lower-limb exoskeleton.
Results And Discussion: In contrast to unassisted walking, performing a serial subtraction task during exoskeleton-assisted walking led to a slight increase in gait velocity and a reduction in stride time variability.

Methods: In this observational study, an NA-AI model was trained on real and synthetic radiographs. Additional radiographs were used for validation and testing.
