Objectives: To examine the combined influence of food environment, built environment, socio-economic status and individual factors (maternal age, parity, smoking status and need for an interpreter) on maternal overweight, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and large-for-gestational age (LGA) births in Australia.

Amid increasing political threats to sexual and gender minority (SGM) research, this perspective reflects on the evolution of SGM research from the margins of public health to a robust field and assesses the unique vulnerabilities facing SGM researchers across career stages. We discuss how the field can protect its infrastructure, sustain its workforce, and preserve its impact, drawing inspiration from the harm reduction movement and our individual and collective experiences. This is both a reflection and a call to action grounded in care, intergenerational knowledge and solidarity, and the refusal to be erased.

This position paper looks at the various aspects of workplace safety, especially for women physicians, highlighting the need for an environment built on trust, inclusivity, and respect. Even with advancements in gender representation, women in medicine often face problems like harassment, discrimination, and systemic inequalities that affect their well-being and career development.

Objective: To characterize age-related variations in germline pathogenic variants (gPVs) in patients with high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC).
Methods: Patients with HGSOC who underwent clinical tumor-normal sequencing of ≥76 genes from 1/1/2015-11/15/2022, were included. Clinical variables including age at diagnosis were collected.
