A vulval leiomyoma is an uncommon, benign mass often misdiagnosed as a Bartholin cyst. Its precise etiology is currently unknown, though it typically arises from the deep connective tissue within the labia majora. Clinically, it presents as a slowly developing perineal mass, with pain and distress being the primary symptoms.

Introduction: Pressure ulcers are common complications in immobilized patients, typically occurring over bony prominences. However, in rare instances, particularly in high-risk individuals with hematologic disorders such as sickle cell disease, ulcers may develop at unusual anatomical sites due to external medical devices. This case highlights a rare presentation of a vulvar pressure ulcer caused by prolonged application of a Thomas splint in a patient with homozygous sickle cell disease (HbSS).

Case Presentation: Here we report the case of a 42-year-old woman who presented with right inguinal tumor. The tumor had recently increased in size continuously.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the five-flap technique in the reconstruction of posterior fourchette flap deformities.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 36 patients with posterior fourchette flap deformities who underwent surgery using the five-flap technique. Preoperative and postoperative pain scores, sexual function scores, and vulvar aesthetic scores were recorded.
