The high incidence and prevalence of herpes infections pose a significant health burden worldwide. Herpes simplex virus infections are the cause of herpes labialis, genital herpes or herpes keratitis and in rare cases life-threatening herpes encephalitis, meningitis or disseminated disease. After primary infection herpes simplex viruses (HSVes) establish latency in the trigeminal and sacral ganglia and at least 30% of patients experience clinically manifestant recurrences for life.

Background: Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) causes recurrent oral lesions with reactivation triggered by factors such as stress, hormones, and nutrition. Immune suppression caused by these factors plays an important role in HSV-1 reactivation and requires comprehensive management.
Purpose: This case report aims to analyze the relationship between triggering factors and recurrent HSV-1 infection and to achieve therapy to prevent recurrence.

Background: Covid patients experience changes in overall health and very less is known about variation in oral manifestations as per severity of Covid and how far it differs, which needs evaluation.
Aim: To analyse COVID-19 hospitalized patients for variations in clinical, demographic details, and oral manifestations as per severity of involvement (mild, moderate, and severe).
Patients And Methods: This prospective study had 12 participants of RT-PCR positive COVID in each group, and hence, 36 participants were selected for mild, moderate, and severe cases.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using data from the National Healthy Skin Test (2023), an online questionnaire distributed via the Medonet health platform, involving 27,000 adult Polish internet users.

A systematic review was conducted in accordance with Cochrane guidelines and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses recommendations, with prior registration.
