In the Original Article, "Comparative Effectiveness of Allopurinol and Febuxostat in Gout Management," originally published February 3, 2022 (DOI: 10.1056/EVIDoa2100028), under the Results section, in the first paragraph titled "Prespecified Secondary Outcomes" where the text reads "…(risk difference, 13.4; 95% CI, -∞ to -3.9)" should have read "…(risk difference, -13.4; 95% CI, -∞ to -3.9)". A corrected version of the article has been posted at evidence.nejm.org.
