Background: The automation of processes and services has transformed various industries, including the restaurant sector. Technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and big data have been increasingly adopted to enhance service delivery, improve user experiences, and enable data traceability. By collecting user feedback and analyzing sentiments, these technologies facilitate decision-making and offer predictive insights into future food preferences.

By connecting laboratory dynamics with cosmic observables, this work highlights the critical role of reactions between highly reactive species in shaping the molecular inventory of the interstellar medium and opens new windows into the spectroscopically elusive corners of astrochemical complexity. The gas phase formation of distinct CH isomers is explored through the bimolecular reaction of tricarbon (C, XΣ ) with the vinyl radical (CH, XA') at a collision energy of 44 ± 1 kJ mol employing the crossed molecular beam technique augmented by electronic structure and Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus (RRKM) calculations. This barrierless and exoergic reaction follows indirect dynamics and is initiated by the addition of tricarbon to the radical center of the vinyl radical forming a symmetric doublet collisional complex (CCCCHCH).

Stroke remains a leading cause of long-term disability worldwide, and early intervention is critical for optimizing neurorehabilitative outcomes by capitalizing on the heightened neuroplasticity of the acute and subacute phases. This study aimed to evaluate whether the integration of Radio Electric Asymmetric Conveyer (REAC) neurobiological modulation protocols, Neuro Postural Optimization (NPO) and Neuro Muscular Optimization (NMO), into early post-stroke rehabilitation can accelerate and enhance functional recovery compared to conventional rehabilitation alone. Thirteen patients (nine males, four females; age range: 56-86 years; mean: 74) received a single NPO session, followed by an intensive cycle of 10 NMO sessions distributed over five to six consecutive days.

Background: Isocitrate dehydrogenase-mutant (mIDH) gliomas are malignant central nervous system tumours. After initial resection, patients with mIDH gliomas with favourable prognosis may live without receiving oncologic treatment for years, but ultimately patients will experience recurrence and require radio- and/or chemotherapy (RT/CT). Cost-utility analyses (CUA) can explore the value of treatments that delay recurrence and initiation of RT/CT.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) is increasingly considered as a separate entity from other biliary tract cancers (BTCs), due to differences in aetiology, risk factors, pathobiology, anatomical and molecular biology characteristics. Surgery is the only curative option for the ∼ 30 % who are diagnosed with a resectable disease, while liver-directed therapies (LDTs - i.e.
