The brain arteriovenous malformation (BAVM) within language-eloquent area poses a significant surgical challenge, demanding meticulous planning to ensure both preservation of language function and curative resection. This report details the successful microsurgical resection of a Spetzler-Martin grade II BAVM located in Wernicke's area in a 51-year-old male, ruptured three weeks ago and characterized by mild anomia. Following thorough discussion, the patient elected for microsurgery, providing informed consent, and the procedure was approved by the ethics committee.

Female hydrocele is rare and should be considered in female inguinal swelling. The treatment of unruptured & ruptured AVMs remains controversial. Microsurgical resection of the AVM offers the higher cure rate, but the associated morbidity and mortality may exceed that of the AVM's natural history. Single center retrospective cohort study of 120 consecutive patients harboring intracranial AVM operated on between January 2010 and June 2023.

Introduction: As embolization techniques for the management of vein of Galen malformations (VOGM) continue to evolve, aggressive embolization for complete obliteration is increasingly favored. Transvenous embolization with the retrograde pressure cooker technique, involving high volumes of liquid embolic agent (LEA), has gained popularity to achieve complete obliteration. Though clinical outcomes have improved, there is limited discussion regarding the impact of high-volume embolization on the juvenile brain.

Pyloric atresia (PA) is an exceedingly rare congenital anomaly, affecting approximately one in 100 000 neonates. It is classified into three anatomical types: Type I (obliterating diaphragm), Type II (fibrous cord atresia), and Type III (complete separation between the stomach and duodenum). The prognosis depends on early diagnosis, appropriate surgical intervention, and the presence of associated anomalies.
