Background: Mitral regurgitation (MR) may rarely worsen after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) due to mechanical interference from the transcatheter heart valve (THV). Standard surgical approaches in these cases are often challenging due to anatomical constraints. Thus, there is a need for the development of effective alternatives to address this issue.

Epithelioid glioblastoma (eGBM) is a rare subtype of glioblastoma, generally associated with a poorer prognosis than conventional GBM despite maximum resection and standard chemoradiotherapy. Surgical resection revealed a firm, clearly demarcated mass.

Background: Intracranial solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are rare mesenchymal tumors often presenting with dural-based lesions. These tumors can exhibit aggressive characteristics with high recurrence rates and extracranial metastasis. While SFTs occasionally invade venous sinuses, cases where the tumor arises within the venous sinus are rare.
