Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a multifaceted condition with diagnostic challenges and clinical heterogeneity across populations. Research priorities include enhanced accuracy in defining cut-offs for diagnostic features. Here, we aim to describe participant clinical features and data harmonization in the international PCOS Phenotype in Unselected Populations (P-PUP) study.

Purpose: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a metabolic and hormonal disorder that affects physical and emotional well-being. The aim of this cross-sectional study was to assess associated factors like sleep disturbance, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), anxiety and depression in a German-speaking population with PCOS.
Methods: We designed an anonymous online survey with items from validated questionnaires, including the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the STOP-Bang questionnaire to screen for OSA.

Rho-associated coiled-coil-containing protein kinase (Rho kinase; ROCK) inhibitors represent a novel class of glaucoma medications that lower intraocular pressure by enhancing aqueous humor outflow through the conventional outflow pathway. Netarsudil, a ROCK inhibitor, is known to induce cornea verticillata as an adverse effect in clinical settings. Unlike systemic amiodarone and antimalarials, topical agents do not typically induce the development of this corneal condition.

Adult granulosa cell tumor (GCT) is an uncommon sex cord-stromal neoplasm of the ovary. It typically demonstrates locoregional spread, and disease outside of the pelvis as metastasis is uncommon. Only a rare case of primary thoracic adult GCT has been documented, and here we describe another occurrence with unusual pulmonary presentation, thereby expanding the anatomic distribution across which adult GCT could potentially arise.

Objective: Hirsutism, a diagnostic feature of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), is often defined using arbitrary percentile cutoffs, rather than normative cutoffs from population-based data. We aimed to define normative cutoffs for hirsutism in diverse populations.
Design: Unselected population-based cluster analysis of individual participant data (IPD).
