It is time for a change. CEUS is an established method that should be much more actively included in renal cyst monitoring strategies. This review compares the accuracies, strengths, and weaknesses of CEUS, CECT, and MRI in the classification of renal cysts. In order to avoid overstaging by CEUS, a further differentiation of classes IIF, III, and IV is required. A further development in the refinement of the CEUS-Bosniak classification aims to integrate CEUS more closely into the monitoring of renal cysts and to develop new and complex monitoring algorithms.

Background: Patients with synchronous bilateral Wilms tumor (BWT) face challenges in balancing oncological control and nephron-sparing surgery (NSS). This study aimed to identify objective criteria for NSS in BWT by applying SIOP RTSG 2016 Umbrella Study criteria, the RENAL nephrometry scoring system, three-dimensional (3D) tumor volume measurements, and residual healthy kidney volume assessment.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 14 patients with synchronous BWT.

Background: Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common malignant tumor with metabolic reprogramming and immune evasion features. δ-Aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (ALAD), a key enzyme in heme biosynthesis, has been implicated in cancer progression and treatment outcomes, but its role in RCC remains unclear.
Methods: This study integrated multi-omics datasets from TCGA, CPTAC, and GEO to analyze ALAD's expression, prognostic value, and functional implications in RCC.

Cardiotoxicity remains a major clinical challenge associated with various environmental and chemotherapeutic toxicants. Sunitinib (SNB) is a potent targeted cancer drug that is reported to induce severe organ damage including renal failure. Cirsiliol (CSL) is a natural flavone that exhibits marvelous pharmacological properties.

Synovial sarcomas are rare malignant soft tissue tumors with significant metastatic potential. Although they can occur in various parts of the body, they are most commonly found on the extremities. These tumors typically develop in children and young adults, making occurrences in individuals over 50 years of age unusual.

Introduction: von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease is an autosomal dominant hereditary disorder characterized by the development of tumor-like lesions in multiple organs. While central nervous system hemangioblastomas, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, and pancreatic cysts are commonly associated with VHL disease, there have been few reported cases of pancreatic hemangioblastoma in patients with VHL disease.
Case Presentation: A male patient in his 30s had been diagnosed with VHL disease and had been followed for cerebellar and spinal hemangioblastomas, and renal cell carcinoma, for which he had undergone several tumor resections, radiation therapy, and a ventriculoperitoneal shunt.
