Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is a prevalent and debilitating condition in elderly patients, often leading to critical limb threatening ischemia (CLTI) and major amputations. While endovascular interventions are usually preferred for their lower perioperative risk, open surgical revascularization should also be considered due to its durability and superior patency in complex disease patterns. Age alone does not determine suitability for surgery; rather, candidacy hinges on frailty, functional status, comorbidities, and anatomical considerations.

Objective: Assess results of simultaneous ligation and embolization for caverno-venous leakage (CVL) in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) resistant to 5-Phosphodiesterase inhibitors.
Patients And Methods: Data from consecutive patients with ED operated-on for CVL, were collected prospectively. CVLs were diagnosed by Pharmacologicaly-Challenged Penile Duplex Sonography (PC-PDS) and computed tomography cavernosography.

Traumatic limb pseudoaneurysms are rare vascular complications that can cause acute limb ischemia and require urgent treatment. Traditionally addressed through open surgical repair, advances in endovascular techniques have introduced less invasive options, particularly beneficial for high-risk patients. This article presents two cases illustrating individualized decision-making in choosing between endovascular and open surgical repair.

Unlabelled: Isolated atherosclerotic popliteal artery lesions (IAPAL) commonly require interventional treatment. This study aimed to develop a prediction model using procedure-related variables for one-year clinically driven target lesion revascularization (CDTLR) events after intervention. Clinical data were retrospectively collected from 217 patients who underwent endovascular treatment for isolated atherosclerotic popliteal artery lesions between 2017 and 2022.

Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) remains the gold standard for assessing aneurysm morphology before and after treatment. While visual interpretation is common, quantitative image analysis remains underutilized in clinical practice. This study aimed to evaluate postoperative vascular changes in patients with middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms using SymDIRECT-based pixel clustering on preoperative and postoperative DSA images.
