Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the inherent and after cyclic loading fracture strength of implant-supported cantilevered fixed prostheses fabricated from recently introduced additively manufactured (AM) and subtractively manufactured (SM) materials, considering variations in prosthesis height.
Materials And Methods: Three cylinder-shaped master files (20 mm long and 11 mm wide) with varying heights (7, 11, and 15 mm) and a titanium-base (Ti-base) abutment space were designed. These designs were used to fabricate a total of 144 specimens with two AM resins indicated for definitive use (Crowntec; AM-CT and Flexcera Smile Ultra+; AM-FS), one high-impact polymer composite (breCAM.

To assess retinal layer thickness and volume by optical coherence tomography (OCT) in patients with prior traumatic brain injury (TBI). Adults (≥18 years) with prior TBI were prospectively recruited. 512 × 128-mm macular cube scans were obtained using Zeiss Cirrus HD-5000 OCT.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFAs integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing advances toward smaller technology nodes, conventional lithography methods are increasingly challenged by the diffraction-limited resolution, escalating process complexity, and rising costs. Among these challenges, overlays have a particularly pronounced impact on manufacturing quality. To address this issue, this paper proposes a high-order overlay correction model that employs a two-dimensional fifth-order polynomial to accurately fit and characterize the distribution of overlays.

Background: Animal models of nerve compression have revealed neuroinflammation not only at the entrapment site, but also remotely at the spinal cord. However, there is limited information on the presence of neuroinflammation in human compression neuropathies. The objectives of this study were to: (1) assess which tracer kinetic model most optimally quantified [C]DPA713 uptake in the spinal cord and neuroforamina in patients with painful cervical radiculopathy, (2) evaluate the performance of linearized methods (e.
