This is a systematic review and meta-analysis of preoperative patient education interventions used in vascular surgery and their impact on patient knowledge. Embase, PubMed, and Ovid were searched in accordance with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. As integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing advances toward smaller technology nodes, conventional lithography methods are increasingly challenged by the diffraction-limited resolution, escalating process complexity, and rising costs. Among these challenges, overlays have a particularly pronounced impact on manufacturing quality.
