Objective: The aim of this study is to compare the radiological measurements of patients who underwent rhinoplasty using a piezo device with those of patients who underwent rhinoplasty using a classical osteotome.
Methods: A total of 60 patients were included in the study: 30 rhinoplasty patients who underwent piezosurgical osteotomy and 30 who underwent classical osteotomy. Preoperative and postoperative functional and aesthetic outcomes were compared using NOSE and ROE scores.

Objective: Examine potentially modifiable risk factors (MRFs) for female/woman/girl athletes' lower-extremity injuries.
Design: Systematic review with meta- or semiquantitative analyses and Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation.
Data Sources: MEDLINE, CINAHL, APA PsycINFO, Cochrane Systematic Review Database, CENTRAL, SPORTDiscus, EMBASE, ERIC searched 30 October or 23 November 2023.
Aim: This study aims to investigate the difference in C1 laminectomy length between the right and left sides and to determine the importance of considering the dominant vertebral artery in reducing complication risks.
Material And Methods: A total of five caucasian male cadavers were studied. The distance of the C1 posterior tubercle to the vertebral groove (A), the length of the vertebral groove (B) and diameter of vertebral artery were measured and statistically investigated.

Background: The Hintermann osteotomy (HOT) is one type of calcaneal lengthening osteotomy during progressive collapsing foot deformity surgery. The entry point on the lateral wall of the calcaneus is critical because it affects the direction and depth of the osteotomy. Accurate osteotomy placement can be technically demanding, and joint facets can sustain damage in up to 50% of the cases.

Background: Digital dynamic radiography (DDR), integrated into Konica Minolta's portable mKDR system, provides dynamic imaging for pulmonary, orthopedic, and interventional applications. While DDR is not classified as fluoroscopy, its use of pulsed x-rays for cine-like image sequences raises concerns about radiation exposure and shielding, particularly given the absence of a primary beam stop, high output capabilities, and increasing clinical adoption.
Purpose: To characterize the primary and scatter radiation output of a DDR system and compare it against commonly used mobile C-arm fluoroscopy units, and to evaluate shielding requirements and potential occupational exposure risks associated with DDR use.
