Background: Owing to the unique characteristics of digital health interventions (DHIs), a tailored approach to economic evaluation is needed-one that is distinct from that used for pharmacotherapy. However, the absence of clear guidelines in this area is a substantial gap in the evaluation framework.
Objective: This study aims to systematically review and compare the economic evaluation literature on DHIs and pharmacotherapy for the treatment of depression.

Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) represents a major global health challenge with no ideal treatment options available. Early-stage treatment typically focuses on symptomatic relief of pain and stiffness; while late-stage patients can only opt for surgical interventions such as joint replacement to improve quality of life. Cell-free therapy based on extracellular vesicles (EVs) has offered a novel therapeutic approach for regulating bone metabolism and repairing cartilage, demonstrating emerging potential.

Introduction: Evidence-based interventions to reduce tobacco-related morbidity and mortality are not widely or effectively implemented, thereby failing to equitably address disparities in tobacco-related health outcomes. Implementation science (IS) has the potential to advance the impact of tobacco control programs, but its use in this field has not been previously explored. To identify opportunities for expanding tobacco intervention impact, this scoping review investigated the use of IS tools in tobacco control research in the United States.

Herein, we initially provided three complementary viewpoints from biological perspectives involved in the dynamic alterations of the tumor microenvironment, which may contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the superiority of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).
