Primary female reproductive neoplasms in Platyrrhines species are few reported. We present the gross, histological, and immunohistochemical findings of metastatic endometrioid carcinoma in the uterus, urinary bladder, jejunum, and rectum of a Leontopithecus sp. The neoplastic endometrial cells expressed strong cytoplasmic immunolabeling of cytokeratin 7.

Objective: This study compared the oncological outcomes of Pure Uterine Serous Carcinomas (p-USC) and p53-Abnormal Grade 3 Endometroid Endometrial Tumours (p53 Abn G3-EEC).
Methods: A retrospective study was conducted at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences from February 1, 2015, to December 31, 2020, analysing patients diagnosed with P-USC and p53 Abn G3-EEC. The primary objective was to compare the 5-year Progression-Free Survival (PFS) between two groups.

Objective: Advanced or recurrent endometrial carcinoma (EC) represents a significant clinical challenge. This study aimed to evaluate patient (age and comorbidities) and disease (histological subtypes and stages) characteristics, treatment patterns and survival outcomes in a real-world French healthcare setting.
Methods And Analysis: In this national, multi-centre, retrospective observational cohort study, 200 patients with advanced or recurrent EC receiving first- or second-line chemotherapy during the year 2019 were analysed.

Objective: Limited prospective data are available on the outcomes and performance of sentinel node mapping (SNM) in patients with endometrial cancer (EC). This study aimed to describe the surgical outcomes related to laparoscopic staging and the performance of SNM in patients with apparent early-stage EC.
Methods: This is a secondary analysis of a prospective single-arm study focusing on predictors of nodal disease in apparent early-stage EC.

In this study, we explored the genomic underpinnings of synchronous endometrial and ovarian/fallopian tube carcinoma (SEOC) and synchronous cervical and ovarian/fallopian tube carcinoma (SCOC), focusing on their clonal relationships to discern whether these malignancies represent dual primary tumors (DPTs) or have metastatic origins. We established a cohort comprising 54 SEOC patients and 7 SCOC patients. After selection, 17 patients (12 SEOC and 5 SCOC) underwent comprehensive analysis via whole-exome sequencing.

A well-differentiated endometrioid carcinoma at the site of extra-uterine/ovarian endometriosis complicates the differentiation between an uncommon metastatic pattern from a corpus cancer and a synchronous primary tumor originating from adjacent endometriosis. Herein, we present 2 cases of well-differentiated uterine endometrial carcinoma metastasizing to the intestinal tract and uterosacral ligament, which were adjacent to surrounding endometriosis. Case 1: a well-differentiated endometrioid carcinoma was identified in the uterus and the uterosacral ligament.
