Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) requires accurate therapeutic response assessment. This study evaluates the efficacy and prognostic value of [18F] fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (18F-FDG PET-CT) using the Deauville 5-point scale and maximum standardized uptake value (ΔSUVmax) methods in DLBCL patients. A retrospective study was conducted from January 2021 to December 2022, including 60 DLBCL patients.

Objective: We aim to evaluate the malignancy risk between Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi) users and tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi) users in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, using a large real-world electronic health record database (TriNetX).
Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, we identified adult RA patients initiating JAKi or TNFi therapy between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2022, within the TriNetX global federated network. The hazard ratio (HR) and confidence intervals (CI) of incident-specific cancers, overall cancer incidence, and all-cause mortality, were calculated between the propensity score matched JAKi and TNFi cohorts.

Background: Effective treatments are needed for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer scheduled for radical cystectomy who are ineligible for or decline to receive neoadjuvant cisplatin-based chemotherapy. We aimed to evaluate neoadjuvant TAR-200 plus cetrelimab (anti-PD-1) versus cetrelimab monotherapy in this setting.
Methods: SunRISe-4 is a randomised, open-label, phase 2 trial being conducted at 109 investigative centres in ten countries worldwide.
Aim: To present the interim results of the work of the specialized Register of gluten-associated disorders, created at the North-West Center for the Treatment of Gluten-Associated Disorders (NWCT GAD) on the basis of the Department of Internal Medicine Propedeutics, Gastroenterology and Dietetics n.a. S.

Importance: In opioid treatment programs (OTPs), restarting methadone after missed doses is common. Current guidelines recommend significant dose decreases but do not account for maintained tolerance.
Objective: To evaluate the safety and treatment retention associated with a novel methadone restart protocol.
