Purpose: To objectively quantify, in East Asians and Caucasians, the width and distribution of the retro-orbicularis oculi and frontalis fat (ROOF) pad, subcutaneous fat, and orbicularis oculi muscle (OOM) at the superior orbital rim margin as well as 5 mm superior and inferior to this point.

Methods: Thirty adults were studied by high-resolution, surface coil MRI. In the quasi-sagittal image through the globe center, the ROOF, subcutaneous fat, and OOM thickness were measured anterior to the orbital septum, at 3 points: at the superior orbital rim, and 5 mm superior, and 5 mm inferior to the rim.

Purpose: The primary purpose was to assess sulcus angle (SA) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) measurements and determine diagnostic cutoff values along four axial levels on cartilaginous and osseous surfaces comparing those with patellar dislocations (PD) versus controls. A secondary aim was to identify differences in SA between patients with one-time dislocation (OTD) versus recurrent patellar dislocations (RPDs).

Methods: Paediatric patients with a history of PD were retrospectively grouped into those with an OTD versus RPDs.

Suppressing irrelevant information during problem-solving is vital. Misleading or unrelated information may hinder the performance. However, previous studies inferred suppression-related brain regions based on overall problem-solving or pre-solution neural activity, resulting in insufficient experimental control over the precise timing of suppression and the types of information requiring suppression.

Introduction: Absence of language development is a condition encountered across a large range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including a significant proportion of children with autism spectrum disorder. The neurobiological underpinnings of non-verbal ASD (nvASD) remain poorly understood.

Methods: This study employed multimodal MRI to investigate white matter (WM) microstructural abnormalities in nvASD, focusing on language-related pathways.

Background: This study evaluates the quality of synthetic computed tomography (sCT) images for MR-only radiotherapy in prostate cancer using gamma analysis. A software tool, MRGamma, was developed to address challenges like the absence of electron density maps and registration uncertainties between magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and planning CT (pCT).

Materials And Methods: Aplication developed in MATLAB assesses Hounsfield units (HU) discrepancies between CT and sCT images via 2D and 3D gamma analysis (GA).
