Nowadays, traditional forms of psychotherapy are increasingly complemented by online interactions between client and counselor. In (some) web-based psychotherapeutic interventions, meetings are exclusively online through asynchronous messages. As the active ingredients of therapy are included in the exchange of several emails, this verbal exchange contains a wealth of information about the psychotherapeutic change process. Unfortunately, drop-out-related issues are exacerbated online. We employed several machine learning models to find (early) signs of drop-out in the email data from the "Alcohol de Baas" intervention by Tactus. Our analyses indicate that the email texts contain information about drop-out, but as drop-out is a multidimensional construct, it remains a complex task to accurately predict who will drop out. Nevertheless, by taking this approach, we present insight into the possibilities of working with email data and present some preliminary findings (which stress the importance of a good working alliance between client and counselor, distinguish between formal and informal language, and highlight the importance of Tactus' internet forum).

A 36-year-old man was presented with hemoptysis. The contrast enhanced chest computed tomography and bronchial angiography revealed multiple bilateral ostial and intraparenchymal bronchial artery aneurysms (BAA) and bilateral primary Racemose hemangioma (PRH). Endovascular embolization with polyvinyl alcohol and n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate was preferred to occlude the BAAs.

Introduction: Due to its rarity and the lack of animal models for this disease, the etiology of bronchial artery aneurysm (BAA) is poorly understood.
Aim: To investigate the effect of transcatheter artery embolization (TAE) with coils, spherical polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and gel foam in patients with BAA.
Material And Methods: From June 2015 to November 2018, 5 patients diagnosed with BAA with massive hemoptysis after undergoing bronchial arteriography and receiving TAE therapy in the Department of Interventional Radiology were enrolled in this study.

This MiniReview reports the current knowledge about the treatment of arterial hypertension with the third-generation beta-adrenoceptor antagonist (BAA) nebivolol. Furthermore, it reviews the advantages of nebivolol compared to the earlier generation of BAAs with respect to their different pharmacological properties. Beta-adrenoceptor antagonists are a class of drugs applied for several different conditions, including hypertension and heart failure.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the most common inherited heart disease. Although it was first described over 50 years ago, there has been little in the way of novel disease-specific therapeutic development for these patients. Current treatment practice largely aims at symptomatic control using old drugs made for other diseases and does little to modify the disease course.
