Background: There is a higher prevalence of heart rate corrected QT (QTc) prolongation in patients with diabetes and metabolic syndrome. QT interval genome-wide association studies have identified candidate genes for cardiac energy metabolism, and experimental studies suggest that polyunsaturated fatty acids have direct effects on ion channel function. Despite this, there has been limited study of metabolite concentration relationships with QT intervals.

Background: Tildrakizumab has demonstrated high efficacy and a good long-term safety profile, including low malignancy rates, in Phase III trials with 5-year extension. Despite these data, the real-world evidence on patients with psoriasis and a history of cancer is limited.
Objectives: To assess the efficacy and safety of tildrakizumab in a cohort of patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis and a previous or current history of neoplasia.

Background: The implementation of minimally invasive liver surgery (MILS) for perihilar (PHC) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (IHC) remains limited and a systematic review including only comparative studies of MILS versus the open approach is lacking. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of minimally invasive surgery in patients with hilar and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas.
Methods: Systematic review in the PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane databases for original studies comparing at least five patients undergoing MILS with open liver surgery for PHC and IHC.

Materials And Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted that included patients aged 50 to 79 years, with prepaid healthcare at a tertiary care hospital, that underwent a first colonoscopy within the time frame of 2013 and 2022. The demographic data, endoscopic findings, and biopsy results were collected.
