Objectives: evaluate the anatomical characteristics and variations of the anterior interosseous nerve (AIN) and define the feasibility of transferring the pronator quadratus branch (PQB) to the posterior interosseous nerve (PIN) without tension.
Materials And Methods: Fifty upper limbs of 25 male adult cadavers were dissected, 20 were prepared and five were fresh cadavers.
Results: The AIN originated from the median nerve in an average of 5.

Pneumomediastinum, pneumopericardium, and pneumothorax are recognized but rare complications associated with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation in the perioperative setting. The simultaneous occurrence of all three pathologies following intubation and intraoperative repositioning has not previously been described in the literature. This case report details the presentation and management of a 64-year-old male patient with metastatic prostate cancer undergoing thoracic decompression and fusion, who developed pneumomediastinum, pneumopericardium, and bilateral pneumothoraces following endotracheal intubation and repositioning.

Introduction: Bone gigantic cell tumours (BGCTs) are locally aggressive benign tumours, which can lead to significant functional impairment due to extensive bone destruction and soft tissue invasion and typically occur in the meta-epiphyseal region of long bones with the distal radius being the third most common site. Advanced BGCTs of the wrist present a significant challenge for the medical staff due to their occurrence in subarticular bone. Bone reconstruction of the hand with 3D assisted engineering has been described with promising results.

Background: Recurrence in clubfoot after the Ponseti technique is a well-recognized phenomenon. The use of the anterior tibial tendon transfer (ATTT), is a well-documented technique for addressing dynamic supination following treatment. Despite its widespread use, there is a lack of comparative studies evaluating different fixation techniques for ATTT.

Importance: Pediatric concussion can affect the autonomic nervous system. Understanding the prevalence and characteristics of physiological autonomic dysregulation (AD) and symptom provocation following concussion is crucial for optimizing recovery and developing targeted interventions.
Objectives: To determine the prevalence of AD and symptom provocation upon postural change and to (1) explore the overlap between AD and symptom provocation, (2) apply adult orthostatic tachycardia criteria (heart rate [HR] ≥30 bpm) to this pediatric population, (3) explore associations of demographic and injury characteristics with AD and symptom provocation, and (4) characterize AD presentation and identify the predominant orthostatic sign.
