Introduction: Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy under MRI control has emerged as a safe and efficient alternative to microsurgery in epilepsy and neurooncology procedures. Yet it has been used only recently in seldom European centers. Here, we report our 4 years' experience with LITT in children (complications, epileptic and oncologic outcomes).

Aims: Deformation imaging remains underused for cardiovascular risk assessment. As tissue characterization has now been recognized as an additional assessment tool, we sought to investigate the significance of native T1 and extracellular volume (ECV) in an unselected clinical routine population.
Methods And Results: The single-centre, prospective cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) registry included patients referred for clinical CMR.

Background: Insulin overbasalization, which refers to the excessive use of basal insulin despite achieving target fasting glucose levels, poses significant clinical risks in managing type 2 diabetes mellitus. This practice can lead to adverse outcomes such as increased hypoglycemia, weight gain, and complications in glycemic control, which ultimately affect the patient's quality of life. Studies indicate that approximately 25-30% of patients on insulin therapy may experience overbasalization, highlighting the urgency of addressing this issue.

Objective: The () gene, initially linked to sperm motility, is differentially expressed in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), suggesting a role in tumor progression and therapy resistance. To characterize expression in breast cancer and evaluate its association with clinicopathological features, survival, and treatment response as a translational biomarker.
Materials And Methods: Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (1,087 patients), Sweden Cancerome Analysis Network-Breast (3,273 patients), and geodatabases were analyzed.

Background: Discovery of predictive biomarkers is essential for understanding the neurobiological underpinnings of autism spectrum diagnosis (ASD) and improving identification. Resting-state functional connectivity analyses of individuals with ASD have established sensitivity of brain connectivity at the group level. However, the extensive heterogeneity in ASD limits the translation of these findings into reliable individual-level biomarkers.
