Background: Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder that remains underrecognized across Africa, where limited diagnostic capacity, low awareness, and competing health priorities contribute to delayed or missed diagnoses [1-4]. PEACH Health Ontario (Partnerships for Environmental Action by Communities within Health care systems) was launched in 2021 to address this and has grown to a national scope of work with some of our initiatives.
