Article Abstract
There are earlier studies for psychiatric counseling using chat bots. These studies have not considered the user's emotional status and ethical judgment to provide interventions. This paper proposes an intelligent assistant for psychiatric counseling that understands dialogues using high-level features of natural language understanding, and multi-modal emotion recognition. A response generation model using machine leaning provides suitable responses for clinical psychiatric counseling.

Background: Peripartum depression (PPD) is a form of major depressive disorder (MDD) that begins during the peripartum period and poses a significant mental health challenge affecting 10 to 29% of women.
Objective: This systematic review and multimodal activation likelihood estimation (ALE) meta-analysis explored the distinct structural, functional, and metabolic features of the PPD brain as compared to female non-peripartum MDD.
Methods: For this purpose, we conducted a comprehensive literature search in PubMed, Embase and PsycINFO databases to identify peer-reviewed original studies investigating the neural correlates associated with PPD or fMDD.

Introduction: Research suggests that individuals engaging in both self- and other-harm (viz., dual-harm) face increased risks of negative outcomes compared to those with single-harm (either self- or other-harm) or no-harm histories. Background: Previous research indicates near transfer effects of working memory (WM) training on updating, shifting, and inhibition tasks, although findings vary. Regarding fluid intelligence (Gf), studies yield conflicting results on the far transfer effects of WM training. The current study investigates whether different styles of adaptive visuospatial N-back WM training produce near and far transfer effects and whether individual differences moderate these effects.
