Adult T cell leukemia / lymphoma (ATL) is one of the most aggressive hematological malignancies caused by human T-lymphotropic virus type-I (HTLV-1). Mogamulizumab is a new defucosylated humanized monoclonal antibody agent which targets C-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CCR4) expressed occasionally on the surface of ATL cells. However, adverse events such as drug eruptions have also been highlighted, at least in part, via the dysfunction of regulatory T cells (Tregs). We herein report a pronounced recurrence of systemic psoriasis vulgaris accompanied by the treatment of mogamulizumab in a patient with ATL. Pathological examinations may suggest a mechanistic link between the recurrence of autoinflammatory diseases and anti-CCR4 antibody therapies.

Background: Topical glucocorticoids are widely used in psoriasis treatment but may lead to systemic adverse effects, particularly with prolonged use. While pediatric cases are well-documented, adult-onset iatrogenic Cushing's syndrome from topical corticosteroids remains under-recognized.
Case Presentation: A 31-year-old woman with a 10-year history of psoriasis vulgaris self-administered high-potency clobetasol propionate ointment (monthly cumulative dose escalated from 30 g to 100 g over 22 months) under no physician supervision.

Eczema Herpeticum (EH) or Kaposi's Varicelliform eruption (KVE) is a severe viral infection that occurs when herpes simplex virus infects an inflamed skin, most often occurring in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) or other inflammatory skin conditions. To discern various primary dermatoses in which KVE occurred and to study the clinical features, course, and response to specific antiviral treatment along with a course of the primary dermatoses during the episode of KVE. Data was collected in the Dermatology Out-patient department of a tertiary care center in Northern India from December 2017 to March 2024, and it was tabulated and analysed.

Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) offer a multifaceted approach to treating immune-mediated skin diseases by modulating the immune system and promoting tissue regeneration. Specifically, their ability to differentiate into multiple cell types such as keratinocytes and fibroblasts, modulate immune responses, and release growth factors and cytokines underscores their potential in treating a wide range of immune-related skin conditions. ADMSCs significantly reduced various aspects of psoriasis, including scaling, thickness, and erythema.
