Background: Lenalidomide an immunomodulatory agent has shown activity in relapsed/refractory lymphoma. This study was conducted to evaluate its efficacy and optimal dose in Indian patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma who were unable or unwilling to undergo autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant.
Materials And Methods: Patients received oral lenalidomide at 20 mg on days 1-21 every 28 days until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Results: A total of 25 patients received lenalidomide at a starting dose of 20 mg. Majority of patients were diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The overall response rate (ORR) was 48%, with 16% achieved complete remission (CR)/unconfirmed CR (CRu), 32% partial response (PR) and 16% stable disease (SD) Among patients with DLBCL the ORR was of 33.3%; with CR/CRu 20%, PR (13.3%), 20% had SD, progressive disease (PD) was seen in seven patients (46.6%). All follicular lymphoma patients responded to treatment, with CR in one patient and PR in other two. Among patients with mantle cell lymphoma, ORR was 75% with PR in (75%) and SD in 25%. One case of transformed lymphoma had a PR and peripheral T-cell lymphoma had no response to treatment. The median duration of response was 8.5 months, with a time to response of 3 months. Median progression free survival was not reached in responding patients.
Conclusion: Lenalidomide is an effective treatment option in relapsed refractory non hodgkin's lymphoma.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) is a clinically indolent lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by accumulation of mature B-cell lymphocytes. Given the common CD5 co-expression, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is one of the most important entities in the differential diagnosis. MCL and CLL/SLL might exhibit overlapping morphologic and immunohistochemical features, making diagnosis particularly difficult in cases of composite lymphomas.

The adult human neural stem cell (ahNSC)-conditioned medium (CM) contains various secreted factors that promote tissue repair and neuroprotection. This study aimed to identify the key secreted proteins in ahNSC-CM and investigate the role of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) in wound healing, angiogenesis, and neuroprotection against oxygenglucose deprivation. Cytokine array and liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry analysis of ahNSC-CM revealed that monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and TIMP-1 were highly abundant.

Circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) is a promising biomarker for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) risk stratification and treatment response assessment, but real-world studies were limited. Using a targeted sequencing approach (521-gene panel), we showed that (1) baseline ctDNA level correlated with tumour burden and was an independent predictor of treatment outcome, (2) achievement of minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity was associated with a better treatment outcome and (3) interim MRD-positivity combined with positron emission tomography/computed tomography scan-positivity identified a high-risk subgroup of DLBCL patients. Baseline ctDNA level and treatment related achievement of MRD negativity are valuable prognostic tools in DLBCL to improve risk stratification in routine clinical practice.

Aim: The objective of this study was to describe the disease management landscape for patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in Japan.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional survey with retrospective data capture of physicians and their consulting patients between March and December 2022. Physicians completed patient record forms in a 1:2 ratio: one patient receiving first-line (1 L) treatment and two patients with relapsed/refractory disease, one of whom must have received and discontinued a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi).
