Consequences of eye movements are one of the main interferences that distort the brain EEG recordings. In this paper, a multi-modal approach is used to estimate the ocular artifacts in the EEG: both vertical and horizontal eye movement signals recorded by an eye tracker are used as a reference to denoise the EEG. A Gaussian process, i.e. a second order statistics method, is assumed to model the link between the eye tracker signals and the EEG signals. The proposed method is thus a non-linear extension of the well-known adaptive filtering and can be applied with a single EEG signal contrary to independent component analysis (ICA) which is extensively used. The results show the applicability and the efficiency of this model on the ocular artifact removal.

Purpose: To characterize the cavity hyperreflective-content and septum's motion artifact (CHASMA) in en face optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) across multiple ocular fundus abnormalities.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional, observational study. Subjects with extravascular OCTA signals arising from the cavity's hyperreflective-content and/or septum were enrolled.

To systematically review the evidence regarding the characteristics of Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) in acute retinal arterial occlusion (RAO), with a particular focus on vascular alterations across the superficial and deep capillary plexuses, choroid, and peripapillary regions. : A comprehensive literature search was performed across PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, EMBASE, Google Scholar, and the Cochrane Database up to April 2025. The search terms included "Optical coherence tomography angiography," "OCTA," "Retinal arterial occlusion," "Central retinal artery occlusion," and "Branch retinal artery occlusion.

Background: Although optical coherence tomography (OCT) has become essential in pediatric ophthalmology, normative data for children are lacking in most device databases. Due to ongoing ocular growth and developmental changes that occur during childhood and adolescence, adult reference values are not appropriate for pediatric use. Additionally, OCT measurements vary across devices, indicating the need for device-specific norms.

The N2pc is widely employed as an electrophysiological marker of an attention allocation. This interpretation was largely driven by the observation of an N2pc elicited by an isolated relevant target object, which was reported as Experiment 2 in Eimer (1996). All subsequent refined interpretations of the N2pc had to take this crucial finding into account.

Understanding the interplay of responses to stimulated accommodative blur (B), disparity (D), proximal (P), and diminished blur (-b), disparity (-d), and proximal (-p) cueing within binocularly normal participants is important for comparisons to patient populations. Recordings from 31 participants enrolled in the Convergence Insufficiency Neuro-mechanism Adult Population Study (NCT03593031) were collected. After artifact removal, analyses were performed on 20 BDP, 22 BD(-p), 27 BP(-d), 29 DP(-b), 24 B(-dp), 31 D(-bp), and 29 P(-bd) participant-level response datasets.
