Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in humans, accounting for about 30-40% of NHL cases worldwide. Canine diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (cDLBCL) is the most common lymphoma subtype in dogs and demonstrates an aggressive biologic behaviour. For tissue biopsies, current confirmatory diagnostic approaches for enlarged lymph nodes rely on expert histopathological assessment, which is time-consuming and requires specialist expertise.

Background: Aging is accompanied by profound changes in immune regulation and epigenetic landscapes, yet the molecular drivers underlying these alterations are not fully understood.
Methods: Transcriptional profiles of peripheral blood samples from young and elderly individuals, together with aging-associated methylation probe data, were used to identify aging biomarkers. Transcriptomics and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-Seq) were conducted to explore potential regulatory mechanisms.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease. We examined gene expression of five granzymes (GZMs), perforin (PRF-1), and serglycin (SRGN) from tissues derived from pathobiology of early arthritis cohort (PEAC) and phase 4 randomized controlled trial in anti-TNF inadequate responder patients with RA (R4RA). Information regarding gene expression of , , and in synovium and blood pathotypes and their correlations with disease activity scores with 28 joints (DAS28)-erythrocyte sedimentation rate and with DAS28-C-reactive protein in early RA (eRA) is lacking.

Hepatic reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (RLH), also known as hepatic pseudolymphoma, is a rare benign condition that predominantly affects middle-aged-to-elderly women and is often associated with autoimmune disorders. The imaging features of hepatic RLH frequently mimic those of malignant hepatic tumors, such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), cholangiocarcinoma, or metastatic liver tumors, making its diagnosis based solely on imaging modalities challenging, often leading to unnecessary surgical resection. However, the optimal diagnostic strategy for hepatic RLH remains controversial.

This study deals with a 4D investigation of lymphocytes in human tissue under reactive and neoplastic conditions. The immune system's response to pathogens highly depends on cell interaction and movement, which makes it essential to analyze these dynamics. To achieve this, we observed cells and their movement in 4D.
