Objective: To develop a machine learning method for the automatic recognition of endometriosis lesions during laparoscopic surgery and evaluate its feasibility and performance.
Design: Collecting and annotating surgical videos and training, validating, and testing a deep neural network.
Setting: Multicenter proof-of-concept study using surgical videos from expert centers in France, Hungary, Brazil, and Denmark.

The interprofessional clinical practice model is arguably the most impactful and generative aspect of hospice and palliative care (HPC) clinical practice. This article describes the innovative shared interprofessional leadership model, andragogical infrastructure, program development, educational impact, and critical lessons from the Interactive Educational Exchange (IEE). In response to a deficit in interprofessional HPC educational opportunities for rapid scholarship dissemination and mentorship, interprofessional leaders from medicine, social work and nursing proposed and implemented the IEE at the Annual Assembly of Hospice and Palliative Care presented by the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association from 2010-2020.

Objective: This study examined false-positive rates and associated factors on the Vestibular/Ocular Motor Screening (VOMS) in healthy US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) personnel using the symptom provocation cutoff of ≥1 for any VOMS item as recommended in the Military Acute Concussion Evaluation 2 (MACE 2).
Setting: Military site.
Participants: Active-duty USASOC personnel aged 18 to 40 years with 20/20 vision, no duty limitations, and no recent concussion.

Introduction: Although rare, incontinent diversions still has a place in the management of challenging conditions. Ureterocutaneostomy (in refluxing or non-refluxing moieties) is a viable option for relief of obstruction. It can be performed open or laaproscopically.

Purpose: To investigate the potential utility of intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) therapy for stages 3 and 4 proliferative sickle cell retinopathy (PSR).
Methods: Retrospective review of anatomic and visual acuity outcomes after intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy for stages 3 and 4 PSR eyes.
Results: There were 45 PSR eyes (17 stage 3 and 28 stage 4) treated with anti-VEGF agents (bevacizumab (37 eyes), aflibercept (6 eyes), ranibizumab (3 eyes), one eye received 2 both bevacizumab and aflibercept).
