Background: Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH) predominantly manifests with gait disturbances, yet clinical assessments are vulnerable to confirmation bias, particularly post-shunt surgery. Blinded video evaluations are a method to enhance objectivity in gait assessment, but their reliability has never been systematically investigated.
