Unlabelled: Current clinician-rated tardive dyskinesia (TD) symptom scales do not address expanding clinical signs and functional impacts. The Clinician's Tardive Inventory (CTI) is a newly developed instrument documenting designed by movement disorder specialists and psychiatrists. It is comprised of 6 anatomic domains generating a combined movement amplitude/frequency severity score (CSS), and a functional sore.

Humans adopt non-linguistic signals, from smoke signals to Morse code, to communicate. This communicative flexibility emerges early: embedding novel sine-wave tones in a social, communicative exchange permits 6-month-olds to imbue them with communicative status, and to use them in subsequent learning. Here, to specify the mechanism(s) that undergird this capacity, we introduced infants to a novel signal-sine-wave tone sequences-in brief videotaped vignettes with non-human agents, systematically manipulating the socio-communicative cues in each vignette.

The present study aimed to develop two visual tasks to assess the emotion understanding of institutionalized preschool children in India. To enhance the psychometric qualities of both tasks, content validity and inter-rater reliability assessments, translation-back translation and a rigorous peer review process were undertaken. In addition, the tool's components were mapped with institutionalized children's everyday experiences to help them better relate to the task.

Background: Workplace violence, including violent, intimidating, and disruptive acts, commonly occurs in healthcare settings. Type 2 workplace violence in nursing refers to patient/visitor behaviors directed toward clinicians, contributing to physical and psychological harm. Nurse victims often do not report these events to employers or law enforcement, making it challenging to address workplace violence.

Introduction: Medical students list stigma and lack of time as reasons to avoid seeking mental health care. Many patients do not receive appropriate mental health care due to a lack of knowledge regarding available treatments among their medical providers. We created this activity to enhance medical student knowledge and well-being by introducing cognitive restructuring principles and skills in a highly interactive module.
