Purpose: To share our clinical experience with conservative management of isolated spinal arterial aneurysms (ISAs) and to identify clinical scenarios where conservative management may be appropriate, in the context of a literature review.
Methods: We performed a retrospective review of spinal angiograms from two German neuroradiology centers and conducted a systematic literature review of reported ISA cases. We analyzed demographics, clinical presentation, imaging findings, treatments, and outcomes.

Awake tracheal intubation (ATI) is a crucial technique for difficult airway management, particularly in patients with obesity, restricted neck movement, or upper airway abnormalities. Despite its efficacy, ATI is often avoided because of the technical challenges and stress it imposes on patients and anesthesiologists. We describe a new method, termed "intubation maintaining spontaneous breathing with three nerve blocks technique" (3N technique), which leverages nerve blocks to suppress reflexes, preserve spontaneous breathing, and facilitate smooth intubation.

Objective: This study aimed to compare the outcomes of excision (conization) and active surveillance in women under 35 years of age diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 2 (CIN 2) on disease regression to normal cervical cytology and the effectiveness of nonsurgical management.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study was conducted at OOO. Women under 35 diagnosed with CIN 2 were included and divided into two groups based on the management strategy: excisional treatment or active surveillance.
