Objectives: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is associated with poor prognosis, with 30% of patients diagnosed at an advanced stage. Mutations in the and genes are important prognostic factors for NSCLC, and targeted therapies can significantly improve survival in these patients. Although tissue biopsy remains the gold standard for detecting gene mutations, it has limitations, including invasiveness, sampling errors due to tumor heterogeneity, and poor reproducibility.

Aplastic anemia (AA) is a bone marrow failure disorder treated with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Despite improvements in conditioning regimens and GVHD prophylaxis, graft failure and GVHD remain critical challenges. This study compared the efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and umbilical cord blood cells (UCBs) as adjunctive therapies in 184 AA patients undergoing allo-HSCT.

MXenes represent exceptionally promising electrocatalytic materials for ammonia synthesis, owing to their outstanding electrical conductivity, modifiable surface functional groups, exceptional hydrophilicity, high specific surface area, and electronegative surface characteristics. In this investigation, we systematically demonstrate that the persistent challenge of Cu and Co nanoparticle agglomeration can be effectively addressed through the in-situ growth of bimetallic CuCo nanoparticles on TiCTMXene nanosheets. This innovative approach significantly enlarges the electrochemically active surface area, maximizes the exposure of catalytically active sites, and optimizes mass transport properties, consequently leading to substantially enhanced electrocatalytic performance for ammonia synthesis.

Background: Problem behaviors profoundly disrupt adolescents' overall quality of life, interpersonal relationships, and ability to engage effectively in learning. These behaviors are deeply influenced by psychological abuse, neglect, and school connectedness. Using a network approach to explore the relationships between these variables can provide new perspectives for reducing adolescent problem behaviors.

The advanced degradation of ferricyanide ([Fe(CN)₆]³⁻) in industrial wastewater faces dual bottlenecks of self-acidification-induced hydrogen cyanide (HCN) release and inefficient decomplexation. This study innovatively constructs an alkaline UV/Peracetic Acid (PAA) synergistic system and systematically elucidates its triple action mechanism: (1) UV irradiation at 254 nm directly drives ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT) excitation of ferricyanide, achieving efficient Fe-CN bond breaking (Φ₂₅₄ = 0.235-0.
