Background: As the global population ages, the economic burden of dementia continues to rise. Social isolation-which includes limited social interaction and feelings of loneliness-negatively affects cognitive function and is a significant risk factor for dementia. Individuals with subjective cognitive decline and mild cognitive impairment represent predementia stages in which functional decline may still be reversible.

Although there were several attempts to apply ChatGPT (Generative Pre-Trained Transformer) to medicine, little is known about therapeutic applications in psychiatry. In this exploratory study, we aimed to evaluate the characteristics and appropriateness of the psychodynamic formulations created by ChatGPT. Along with a case selected from the psychoanalytic literature, input prompts were designed to include different levels of background knowledge.

Objectives: This study identified the association between excessive exposure to screen media and behavioral and emotional problems in elementary school students.
Methods: A total of 331 parents of children aged 7-10 years were recruited from "The Kids Cohort for Understanding of Internet Addiction Risk Factors in Early Childhood (K-CURE)" study. Children's demographics, household media ownership, screen time, and behavioral/emotional problems were assessed using a parental questionnaire.
