Centrosymmetric (Hdima)[GeBO(OH)] and Noncentrosymmetric NaGaBO(OH): Solvothermal/Surfactant-Thermal Synthesis of Open-Framework Borogermanate and Galloborate.

Under solvothermal/surfactant-thermal conditions, two new open-framework borogermanate and galloborate, centrosymmetric (Hdima)[GeBO(OH)] (1; dima = dimethylamine) and noncentrosymmetric NaGaBO(OH) (2), were obtained and characterized. Compound 1 contains an unusual basket-shaped GeBO(OH) cluster and displays a 3D open-framework layered structure. Compound 2 shows an interrupted 3,4-connected network constructed by alternately linked BO units and Ga ions and displays weak second-harmonic-generation response.

This article summarized circumstances and influential factors of post-transfusion HIV/AIDS in recent years. Laws and regulations were emphasized in respective duties of every blood transfusion related departments. The strictly controlled imported blood products, carefully blood screening on donor, standardized blood products, tightened control on indication of use of blood, and finally, carefully told rare-happened HIV/AIDS to recipients were the key measures to avoid forensic cases of post-transfusion HIV/AIDS.
