Background: Early detection of amyloid-β (Aβ) positivity is essential for an accurate diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD), but it is currently costly and/or invasive.

Negative symptoms in the context of psychosis are still poorly understood and diagnosed, which impairs the treatment efficacy of current therapies and patient's integration in society.
