Objectives: The aim of our study is to evaluate the effect of pathogens in the vaginal flora on preterm birth in pregnant women with short cervical length.
Material And Methods: In our study, 418 patients with asymptomatic cervical shortening in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy were evaluated retrospectively. Clinical data such as age, cervical length measurement, gestational age at hospital admission and delivery, and vaginal microbiological findings were evaluated for all patients.

Objective: To evaluate patients who underwent Burch colposuspension due to stress-type urinary incontinence (SUI) in terms of laparoscopic (L/S) and laparotomy (L/T) approaches.
Material And Methods: Women aged 40-70 years who were admitted to our hospital with symptoms of SUI between 2017 and 2024, who underwent surgical treatment for SUI, and who met the inclusion criteria were included. The women were divided into two groups, those who received L/T and those who underwent L/S Burch colposuspension.

Purpose: To compare clinical pregnancy outcomes between patients with and without cysts observed on baseline ultrasound at the beginning of an in-vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle and to provide guidance on how to manage IVF cycles in patients presenting with simple follicular cysts.
Methods: Patients who were admitted to the hospital aged 18-45 years and diagnosed as having follicle cysts measuring > 10 mm at the beginning of an IVF cycle, were included in the study as the cyst group. The control group was selected in a way that would be compatible with the age of the cyst group and the causes of infertility.

Objective: Sexual function and quality of life are significantly reduced in endometriosis patients, particularly those with deep infiltrative endometriosis (DIE). The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of endometriosis excision and excision techniques on sexual function among individuals with DIE to those of healthy females in an objective manner.
Materials And Methods: Our study included 140 individuals who were diagnosed as having DIE and reported dyspareunia in our clinic between January 2018 and 2024, and 70 patients who presented to our family planning clinic.
Background: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is considered safe and is a low-cost, simple, natural, and minimally invasive method for vaginal rejuvenation. We aimed to compare the effects of hormonal treatment options and PRP use for postmenopausal vulvovaginal atrophy (VVA).

Objective: To evaluate the role of serum inflammatory markers in determining colposcopy indications more accurately, reducing unnecessary colposcopy requests, and preventing overtreatment.
Materials And Methods: In our study, the data of 218 patients who were followed up in our hospital's oncology outpatient clinic between April 2017 and November 2023 and who underwent colposcopy and biopsy for suspected cervical lesions due to Papanicolaou smear test abnormalities or the presence of human papillomavirus were evaluated retrospectively. The parameters of patients with and without cervical lesions were compared.
Background/aim: To evaluate the relationship between the change in pain intensity over days of the menstrual cycle and cognitive function in females with primary dysmenorrhea.
Materials And Methods: One hundred thirty-four females with primary dysmenorrhea who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were assessed.
