General dermatology and dermatology in primary healthcare.

A male in his 20s presented with multiple asymptomatic, skin-coloured to brownish papules over the anterior neck and upper chest for 3 years. Examination revealed smooth, shiny, flat-topped papules (1-4 mm), with no other cutaneous or systemic findings. Dermoscopy showed a regular brownish pigment network and tiny whitish dots between lesions.
