Background And Study Aims: Endoscopic spray therapy has been shown to be effective and safe in managing upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB). We aimed to evaluate safety and efficacy of the novel powder-based Resolv Endoscopic Hemostat System in managing UGIB.
Patients And Methods: This was a single-center, prospective, single-arm study conducted from July 2022 to February 2023.
Background: Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided gallbladder drainage (GBD) and EUS-guided choledochoduodenostomy (CDS) with lumen-apposing metal stents are alternative approaches to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. We compared EUS-GBD and EUS-CDS as first-line therapies in the management of distal malignant biliary obstruction (MBO).
Methods: This was an international, multicenter, retrospective, observational study at 28 tertiary care centers from April 2017 to August 2024.
Background: The management of Mirizzi syndrome has been primarily surgical, but there are no comparisons between surgical and digital single-operator cholangioscopy (dSOC)-guided treatment. The objective of this study was to compare the safety and other outcomes of the two approaches.
Methods: A large multicenter international retrospective analysis was conducted comparing dSOC and surgery in patients with type II-IV Mirizzi syndrome between January 2005 and June 2023.

The endoscopic step-up approach in the management of necrotizing pancreatitis involves sequential steps of intervention at different time points in the clinical course of the disease. EUS -guided drainage of walled-off necrosis is the first step of the endoscopic step-up approach. VIPomas are a rare type of functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs), causing symptoms due to their hypersecretion in the gastrointestinal tract. The rare association of PNETs with tumors of endocrine organs such as pituitary and parathyroid glands is called multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN1) syndrome. Due to their indolent course, VIPomas often present late in the illness and may already have metastatic disease.
