Background: Manifestations of leprosy are largely driven by host immune response, with the lepra reactions complicating the indolent course of the disease. Research indicates that the biological processes linked to vitamin deficiencies and helminth infections increase susceptibility to other infections.
Aims And Objectives: To estimate serum vitamin D levels and helminthic coinfections in patients with type 2 lepra reactions and their correlation with the severity of type 2 lepra reactions.

Introduction: Lichen planopilaris (LPP) and discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) are primary scarring alopecias that pose diagnostic challenges clinically, where trichoscopy features may provide benefit in delineating these two cicatricial alopecia, and also helps in assessing the evolution and therapeutic response. To date, there are few reviews on dermoscopic findings in differentiating these two alopecias.
Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted using the PubMed and Google Scholar databases.
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a rare vascular malignant tumor that comprises less than 1% of all vascular tumors. Cutaneous involvement in EHE can occur either by spreading from underlying bone or rarely could be limited to the skin and mostly presents as solitary well-circumscribed mass to an ill-defined infiltrative lesion. We present a case of rapidly progressive and debilitating EHE presenting multiple vascular papules and nodules.

Few studies have analyzed whether these medications may inhibit graft integration and effectiveness, or conversely, whether they may prevent inflammation and/or restenosis. Therefore, our study aim was to examine the effect of systemic immunosuppression vs no immunosuppression on outcomes after any first-time lower extremity revascularization for CLTI.
