A rare case of bilateral elastofibroma dorsi of the back with postoperative subthoracic seroma: Case report.

Rationale: Elastofibroma dorsi is a slow-growing, ill-defined benign soft tissue tumor characterized by excessive proliferation of fibroblast tissue. Tumors are made up of collagen and coarse elastic fibers. At present, the pathogenesis is unknown, and the incidence is extremely low.
