Purpose: HER2 targeting is increasingly relevant in metastatic urothelial cancer (mUC) because of emerging antibody-drug conjugates, in which assessment of tumor HER2/ERBB2 status could aid interpretation of ongoing trials. We evaluated whether precise ERBB2 genotype can be determined from mUC ctDNA and the relationship with tissue status.
Experimental Design: ERBB2 genotype was determined through targeted sequencing of longitudinal samples from 226 patients with mUC.

Background: Nuclear grooves are an important diagnostic feature in thyroid fine needle aspiration (FNA). However, their exact role remains undefined.
Materials And Methods: This study includes both retrospective and prospective analyses of the significance of identifying and counting deep grooves under low-power magnification (20×) in Pap-stained cytology smears for the classification of thyroid FNA results and, consequently, patient management.
Background: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains one of the most lethal malignancies, with limited treatment options yielding poor outcomes. This study aimed to evaluate the real-world clinical characteristics, treatment patterns, and outcomes of patients with locally advanced unresectable and de-novo metastatic PDAC in Saudi Arabia, providing regional data to compare with international benchmarks.
Methods: This is a retrospective, multicentre study involving 350 patients diagnosed with unresectable locally advanced or de-novo metastatic PDAC between January 2015 and November 2023.
