A 70-year-old woman presented with bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy and multiple pulmonary nodules. She had undergone right thyroid lobectomy in childhood. Ultrasonography revealed a newly identified mass in the remnant left thyroid lobe and enlarged cervical lymph nodes.
