Introduction: Chronic posterolateral rotatory instability (PLRI) of the elbow results from an insufficient lateral collateral ligament (LCL) complex. Arthroscopic LCL imbrication may prove a minimally invasive alternative to open lateral ulnar collateral ligament (LUCL) reconstruction with a quicker rehabilitation.
