Understanding the variability in OD and nasal tissue pathology across different SARS-CoV-2 variants may provide insights as to the mechanisms underlying this symptom and inform therapeutic strategies for COVID-19-related sequelae. This study examines the OD and associated nasal pathology in Syrian hamsters infected with SARS-CoV-2 variants, including Wuhan (WA-1), Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omicron, at 5 days post-infection.

Duplodnavirians share a distinct morphogenetic module of four hallmark genes encoding the HK97-fold major capsid protein, a genome packaging ATPase-nuclease (large terminase subunit), a portal protein and a capsid maturation protease. This is a summary of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) Report on the realm , which is available at ictv.

We aimed to define the frequency and incidence of this phenomenon in PsA and identify the risk factors for its occurrence.
Methods: We retrieved data on PsA patients from our single-centre, specialized-care, prospective observational cohort who initiated and remained on bDMARDs for ≥1 year after clinic enrollment between 2000 and 2023.
