[Effects of Cordycepin on Proliferation, Apoptosis and NF-κB Signaling Pathway in A549 Cells].

Objective: To investigate the effects of Cordycepin on proliferation and apoptosis of A549 cells, and its possible mechanism of action.

Methods: Human lung cancer cell line A549 cells were treated with different concentrations of Cordycepin for 24 h. MTS assay was used to detect cell proliferation.
