Purpose: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains a global health issue, and arterial blood pressure (ABP) waveforms provide critical physiological data that aid in the early diagnosis of CVD. However, existing pulse waveform evaluation methods are insufficient for accurately predicting ABP. This study aims to propose a novel U-net joint network architecture, the BiSTU Sequential Network, to predict high-quality ABP waveforms.

Although prior studies have identified that per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) were associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes, the potential influence of PFASs exposure on unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) remains uncertain. Our case-control study aimed to explore the associations between PFASs and URSA, including 110 URSA cases and 91 controls from Beijing. Concentrations of 15 PFASs in serum were measured using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS).

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) have been reported to be associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes. However, there is limited knowledge regarding the effects of single or mixed PAHs exposure on unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA). This study aimed to investigate the association between monohydroxylated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (OH-PAHs) and URSA in a case-control study.
