Introduction: The aim of the study was to map the national-level peer education initiatives in the South-East Asia Region.
Methods: This was a descriptive study design, employing primary methods (key informant interviews) and secondary data (desk reviews). Semistructured key informant interviews were conducted with Ministry of Health Officials and National Programme Officers of WHO Country Offices.
Background: The Indian government is committed to addressing various manifestations of malnutrition, including overweight and obesity, inorder to improve individual health and well-being. The scoping review aims to map existing national policy instruments (programmes, schemes, regulations and guidelines) addressing overweight and obesity in India and analysing them for Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) strategies.
Methods: Systematic identification and selection of policy instruments using 'Arksey and O'Malley' framework was conducted from central government ministry websites, between March and June 2023.
Introduction: Each Indian state can select one of the two implementation models under India's National Adolescent Health Strategy, i.e., Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram, either direct implementation through the existing State Health Department and systems, or the Non-Governmental Organisation (NGOs) implementation model, which involves partnering with one or more field-level NGOs to provide the services and personnel.

Objective: This study explored multistakeholder perspectives on existing adolescent-specific tobacco control policies and programmes, to advance India's transition towards a tobacco-free generation.
Design: Qualitative semi-structured interviews.
Setting: Interviews were conducted with officials involved in tobacco control at the national (India), state (Karnataka), district (Udupi) and village level.
