As Generation Z gradually becomes the dominant consumer group, the catering industry, as a critical sector affecting people's livelihood, warrants an in-depth investigation into its consumption decision mechanisms. This study, grounded in the online-merge-offline (OMO) context, empirically examines the impact mechanism of frontline employee service competence on the repurchase decisions of Generation Z consumers in the foodservice sector, while testing the mediating roles of customer satisfaction and brand trust, as well as the moderating effect of the OMO scenario. Data were collected via a survey of 326 Generation Z customers who consumed in integrated OMO dining environments.

In the digital era, leveraging search engine data to gain insights into public interests and attitudes towards religion has become increasingly important. To examine the spatiotemporal evolution and develop a forecasting model of public attention to China's five major religions (Buddhism, Taoism, Catholicism, Christianity and Islam), this study introduces geographic information system technology, forecasting technology and spatiotemporal analysis methods into religious research, using Baidu Index data from 2020 to 2024. The results show that most religions exhibit stable annual public attention, although significant changes occur during specific seasons, festivals or events.

Chinese clinicians face significant emotional labor challenges due to an imbalance in the doctor-patient ratio, long working hours, high regional work stress, and cultural expectations. While research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and emotional labor has grown, the specific impact of internal versus external CSR remains unclear. This study aims to explore the differential effects of internal and external CSR on emotional labor, organizational identification (OI), and perceived social support (PSS) among Chinese clinicians, providing insights into how these factors interact to affect clinicians' emotional well-being.

Based on the analysis and measurement of the overall situation, import and export structure and international competitiveness of the various sectors of service trade in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with the help of MATLAB and Gray System Modeling software, the synergy degree model was established to quantitatively analyze the synergy level of service trade in the Greater Bay Area with the help of grey correlation analysis method and entropy weight method. The results show that the overall development trend of service trade in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is good. The service trade industries in different regions are highly complementary and have a high degree of correlation.
